Important announcement!
Our Annual Lakewood HOA Homeowners Meeting has been moved to Thurs., May 21, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church at 1901 E. Zion Road, Unit 17, Fayetteville. There will be door prizes for appetizers. Hope to see you there!

The board will be updating homeowners on the initiatives/issues addressed in the last year and plans for the coming year. We will be holding board member elections, and we need a majority of homeowners present. Light appetizers and beverages will be served! Door prizes will be raffled! Hope to see you there!

Paying Dues

Annual dues must be paid by March 31, 2026. The current payment amount is $1,050. A late fee of $100 will apply for payments made after March 31.
